I had a fantastic time shopping here. The delivery was super quick and the service was top-notch.

Great value and top-notch customer support. The only problem I ran into was needing to ask about the shipping of my package and such. Definitely gonna order again.

This online seller is a total scam. They advertise products at super low prices to lure in customers. They might reply to your customer service questions to seem credible, but trust me, your ordered items will never arrive. If you ask about the delay weeks down the line, they'll hit you with some excuse about why they couldn't send your stuff, claiming they've issued a refund. Spoiler alert: that refund will never show up. Thank goodness for Amex!

I found my dog food at a great price!!! Super cool!

I waited for 20 days for my delivery that never showed up. Then I found out they aren't even sending it. They’re banking on you not keeping an eye on your orders so they can pocket your cash. Seriously, just go with Chewy.

I’ve ordered before and got my item quickly. I placed a big order on May 25, 2022. The product shipped out on the 27th. Plus, I enjoyed free shipping and received a tracking number.

I typically get my dog food from Chewy, but I noticed their prices were way lower elsewhere. My delivery showed up right on time. Then, I received a weird email claiming their payment agent had refunded my money for the dog food and that I’d be getting an invoice to reimburse them via PayPal. I did get that request, but it wasn’t from their company; it was from someone named Yasmira Soto, and the address was different too. Right away, I thought this might be a scam. I kept asking who Yasmira Soto was, but no one ever answered. I tried calling the company, but when they picked up, they didn’t even say the company name, and there was no way to speak to anyone. I’ve never had a company accidentally give me back my payment. I can’t recall how I paid, but it definitely wasn’t through PayPal since I didn’t see any refund from them. Anyway, this whole situation is just bizarre. They keep pushing me to pay that PayPal invoice, but I told them I’d only proceed once I see a refund error on my part. I’m not sure if this is some kind of scam to squeeze more money out of me or what.

I made a purchase 5 days back, and it still shows as "on hold." To my surprise, the PayPal transaction showed an individual's name (Yasmira Soto) instead of the business name. I tried calling Gresbendmart using their only support number, but it’s just a Google line, not a regular one. This means calls can be filtered based on who's calling. I haven’t managed to get through even once. I also attempted to contact Gresbendmart through their website chat, but after several tries, I realized it was just a form to fill out with my details, and no one was actually there to chat.

Then, I sent an email and got a reply the next day around midnight (Eastern time) about the order status. They said it’s on hold because their system defaults to that when they’re waiting for a tracking number. I quickly replied asking for an estimate on delivery or shipping time, but I never heard back.

I wouldn’t suggest anyone gamble their cash for a small discount compared to regular prices.

Update 5/17: Over 10 days have gone by since I placed my order, and still no response. I did get an email asking me to keep waiting a few more days for a tracking number.

Update 5/19: I’ve been following up for a shipping/tracking number since they told me a week ago that the order was processed but they were waiting on info from the shipper. Today, I received a final email that contradicted their previous message, stating that the order will take longer than expected to process (which is the opposite of what they said before) and that they would be refunding my money (releasing the charge via PayPal that hasn’t gone through).

I’d advise anyone thinking about saving a few bucks by buying from this site to steer clear. I really think this is a scam that preys on those who might not keep a close eye on their orders.

It showed up exactly as I wanted, and it got here faster than my usual orders from Chewy, plus it was $35 less! This is definitely my go-to spot from now on!

We had a couple of orders canceled by Chewy.com without any heads up about the dog food being out of stock on our auto ship. My husband stumbled upon Gresbendmart and saw that the price for our dog food was way lower than Chewy.com. We were a bit hesitant about trying a new site for our dog food, but we decided to give it a shot. To our surprise, the dog food arrived just two days after we placed the order with Gresbendmart. It was shipped directly from the dog food company. They kept us updated about our shipment, which was great.
